Diets and workout plans create shiny object syndrome – new, exciting, flashy, all FUN FUN FUN until you get bored.
Body change starts with mindset change.
Mindset change starts with examining your habits.
Your habits take you closer to or further away from your goals.

Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you’re inspired or not. Habit is persistence in practice.”
