Protein comes easy for me, but it didn’t happen overnight! Daily, I supplement with at least 1 protein shake or protein bar! My current intake of protein is 150 grams for my unique body shape!

If you struggle with getting in your protein, space your protein in over 3-5 meals. One of my signature strategies in my Macros Made Easy program is to use the size of your open palm as 1 serving of protein and to start with eating 3 palm sizes servings daily! Keep it simple babe!

I am a broken record whenI say that protein is the holy grail for fat loss, lean. muscle building and changing your body shape especially if you are a woman over 40 years young! The goal is to shoot for 0.8g per pound of your body weight. If you are over 200 pounds, start with a simple 150 grams of protein daily spread over 5 meals at 30 grams of protein per meal (or 1 palm size serving).
