I’m asked a lot about what sets me apart from all of the other trainers out there. And my answer is always this: IT’S ME! 🤙🏾
My life experience has taught me to be empathetic and compassionate.
I’ve been in your shoes 👠👠.
I’ve been where you are at.
I’ve lost and I’ve gained.
I’ve used food and exercise as both angels 👼 and as demons 👹.
I’ve failed more times than I can count.
And I’ve lived different versions of myself.
I too fight the same war many women battle between loving yourself right now while yearning to be a better version of you while also caring for many others and things.
But what I CANNOT do for you is to be your RIGHT TIME.
Only you can decide when you are ready to make radical changes for good; not for 12 weeks or 1 year, but the forever kind of change.
When I work my with ladies, I want them to feel 100% confident and empowered in their process. And this does not mean that the process isn’t bumpy or we aren’t met with obstacles (far from it); yet, despite all of the hiccups, at the end of the day, they are at least trying to move forward with my help knowing they can trust me to always lead them in the right direction.
They ask for help. They reach out when in need. They are open to a NEW point of view and they are ready to try NEW ways without giving old excuses.
If you are ready, I am here. And if you aren’t, that’s okay too because I know that I’m not the right fit for everybody and more importantly, it may not be the right time for you right now.
