I talk to women every day who tell me “It’s been a struggle. I’m in a slump. I need to be using my free time better. I am getting so lazy and I have to get motivated again. I just don’t know how to begin or even where to start.” This is why I am so stoked to announce that my 30-day consistency challenge SwitchingGears is now open for enrollment!

Here’s how the #SwitchingGears Challenge works:

The name of the game is consistency and results! The goal is to establish a routine of habitual wellness during this hectic time and challenge ourselves in new ways via daily self-care exercises that will keep our minds and bodies thriving. Our daily challenges will be short, simple and fun; daily items on your agenda that have nothing to do with chores or work. It is a simple, yet effective way to include some stress relief and mindfulness of checking in with yourself on the regular! You will receive 1 weekly email over the course of 30 days giving you a week’s worth of daily challenges!

This is a closed and private Facebook Challenge! So yes, you need to sign up for a free account. You will “check in” each day via Facebook, using a photo completing the challenge of the day. YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using “#SwitchingGears” and also the DAY of the challenge it is for you. For example, Day 1 of our challenge may be to post a photo of what a meal in moderation looks like for you. You would then post in our closed Facebook group your photo saying something along the lines “Had a rough day, so a glass of wine with my steak is my moderate meal #SwitchingGears #Day1.”

In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 20 days over the 30 days. Join our group taking part in this momentum-building challenge!

The daily challenges will be FUN, Quick and Mindful. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to post your daily challenge because these exercises will be a part of what you are already doing on a day-to-day basis.

I’ll provide the exact challenges via our Facebook group. You will also receive a 30-day challenge calendar for your reference once you complete your enrollment. On April 13th, you’ll receive my 30-day challenge calendar and the dates and times of our weekly Zoom Parties whereby we will gather virtually to take part in a fun activity (hint – can you get down with Masks and Mimosas?!). You can do all of the challenges at home!

You’ll have a chance to be featured on my website and social media accounts. I will be choosing my favorite insights and shares on Facebook for recognition on my blog and screenshots for my social media.

How to win: Everyone who completes at least 20 days (as verified by their FB shares) will be entered to win prizes, including gear from Zyia Active and coaching with me. Those who complete all 30 days of the challenge will get an additional entry into the drawing.

You’ll also receive some additional BONUS education via email, education on nutrition, and mindset so you can implement the daily challenges effectively and stay on track.

My personal wellness philosophy is to help women break free from their inner critic resulting in increased confidence, self-trust and healthy boundaries. A Self Care challenge will have you establishing a sustainable wellness routine; your healthy habits whereby you check in with your body and your mind on the regular!

After 20 years in the industry, I see so many women struggling with consistency and accountability. The #SwitchingGears challenge was born out of the desire to gain momentum and do it with an amazing team of women supporting you and cheering you on!
