Here’s how my #SwitchingGears Challenge works:
The name of the game is consistency and results! The goal is to establish a routine of habitual wellness challenging ourselves in new ways via daily self-care exercises that will keep our minds and bodies thriving. Our daily challenges will be short, simple and fun; daily items on your agenda that have nothing to do with chores or work. It is a simple, yet effective way to include some stress relief and mindfulness of checking in with yourself on the regular!
The daily challenges will be FUN, Quick and Mindful. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to post your daily challenge because these exercises will be a part of what you are already doing on a day-to-day basis.
You’ll also receive bi-weekly additional BONUS education via email, education on mindfulness, movement and moderation so you can implement your daily self care exercises effectively and stay on track!

My personal wellness philosophy is to help women break free from their inner critic resulting in increased confidence, self-trust and healthy boundaries. A Self Care challenge will have you establishing a sustainable wellness routine; your healthy habits whereby you check in with your body and your mind on the regular!
After 25 years in the industry, I see so many women struggling with consistency and accountability. The #SwitchingGears challenge was born out of the desire to gain momentum and do it with an amazing team of women supporting you and cheering you on!
