LevelUP with Lee-Ann is an online progressive overload strength training program for women 40+. This is a program that is created and sold in 3-month blocks using the online training portal called True Coach. It is a 360 virtual personal training experience that is both interactive and comprehensive.

Progressive overload is when you gradually increase the weight, frequency, or number of repetitions in your strength training routine. This challenges your body and allows your musculoskeletal system to get stronger and is instrumental in changing one’s body shape. It is the MOST effective way to lift weights if you want to lose body fat, shape up / tone up or look like that woman who goes to the gym and lifts weights regularly.

My LevelUP program is designed for women who have seen their body change in the last few years and are ready to do something about it! Every 3-month block is specifically created and customized for you, the user! This is not a one-size-fits-all workout plan.

We work closely together to create a safe and sound plan that suits your schedule, abilities, likes and dislikes. With weekly check-ins, and daily chat exchange, this program is like having a personal trainer (ME) in your back pocket. This program is for ladies ready to completely transform from the inside out!

Upon receipt of your completed Client Intake Form, you will receive your LevelUP program within 5-7 business days. I will contact you directly to arrange our first “get-started” Zoom call whereby I will lead you through how to best utilize my personal training online portal called True Coach to ensure your complete success! You will use True Coach to access your new program, to access exercise tutorial videos and instruction, to access your training calendar, to access muscle activation warm-ups / cool downs and other related information needed for your unique program including in contacting me for questions or modifications that are needed right away.

Women who demand CUSTOMIZATION! Busy women who want to make the most of their schedule. Eat and Lift smarter, not harder!

Anyone who can move their bodies! The workouts are customized to your ability and what you have access to (no equipment required).

This program is NOT for people who get bored easily. LevelUP is straightforward, but anything but basic. The movements are progressive overload. You will master key movements every 4 weeks. Each 4-week block will will have you performing a variety of exercises with varying rep schemes and intensities to elicit the best possible body shape change.

These workouts are intended for women 35+ . You’ve seen your body change in the last few years. You have not been consistent. You need accountability and structure to do the thing! You may or may not know about macro tracking and/or weight lifting but are willing and eager to learn.

You want to look like you actually work out. LevelUP programming creates the results not only on the outside but also on the inside.

WHO IS LevelUP with Lee-Ann NOT FOR?

Women who want the same workout that everyone else is doing. This program isn’t for people who want to jump on that next big fad diet or workout trend.

It’s not for people training for a specific event or competition. Training for a big event? Then my one on one coaching is a much better investment for you!

This is not for those looking for a quick fix. . There are no shortcuts when it comes to changing your body. While I believe LevelUP will get you fantastic results – magical fat loss, definition, and strength gains won’t happen without effort, consistency and patience with your training and even MORE IMPORTANTLY with your consistency in macro tracking and hitting your macro goals that I will provide for you!

LevelUP is not for people who are not willing to download the macro tracking app MM+ or for those not willing to log their food intake daily and consistently. If you are not willing to preplan your meals based upon the macro goals I give you or you are not willing to track when you eat out, then this program is NOT for you.

What equipment do I need?
The workouts included in LevelUP with Lee-Ann are based on what you have access to. Whether it’s a home gym or nothing at all, I will work with you with what you have even if it is only your own body weight! Of course, the more variety you have the better since various movements require different weights to truly challenge you. But, if you no equipment, you can absolutely complete this program. But, keep in mind, having a variety of weights will make this program most effective. Recommendations: If you only have access to 1 set of dumbbells, I’d recommend getting something in the 10-25 lb. range. Two sets of dumbbells are ideal—one heavier (20-45 lbs) and one lighter (8-15 lbs).

What format do the workouts come in?
All of the workouts are delivered using my online coaching software called True Coach which is completely free for you! The workouts are mobile-friendly, so you’ll be able to pull the workouts and videos in real time, too.

Am I fit enough? This sounds intense!
This workout is for the beginner to intermediate exerciser. In general, this program is for those who want to take things up a notch with their food and fitness by using a a more targeted and strategic approach. You are always welcome to ask for exercise modifications in my private Facebook community included with this program.

Will I get sore with these workouts?
The short answer is yes, 95% of people will be sore the first week. That’s normal, and whether these are new movement patterns for you, or it’s an increase in weight training, you will experience soreness. It’s not ideal, but it’s common. However—and here’s the important thing—the key is understanding it’s transient and then managing it as best you can so that you can continue to train. Making sure you are moving throughout the day, getting plenty of rest, eating appropriately for recovery and doing proper warm-ups. The good news is that it doesn’t last so if you can get through the first week, you will have an easier time recovering week-to-week, until you just don’t get sore anymore! 😉

Can I decide how many times per week I can train?
I will always ensure that this program will work for you and your unique schedule and priorities. During our time getting to know one another, your preferences will always be the foundation of your program!

How long will I have access to these workouts?
You have access to your LevelUP program as long as you remain in the program!

What if I am currently doing another program?
The programming for LevelUP is 12 weeks. It is a standalone program that I recommend doing as is, without any additional strength training exercise (aerobic exercise and cardio are okay). If you are currently doing another training program, I recommend completing it before starting LevelUP, so that you can do the program as written.

I have bad knees and shoulders. Is this program appropriate for me?
Yes, for sure! There are a number of movement modifications throughout the program if you’re unable to do jumping movements or certain exercises that bother your knees, back or shoulders. This is the beauty of online training – having me as your trainer in your back pocket. Plus, there is my private Facebook group where you can get additional ideas for movements that feel good and work for you!

Is there a nutrition program included with LevelUP with Lee-Ann?
Yes there sure is. You will receive a customized macro blueprint just for you. This is a crucial part of this program and is a must-do if you enroll. You will log your macros daily. You will hit your macros as close as possible daily. You will be a part of my MM+ macro family so that we can keep one another accountable. This is intended to help you maximize your physique results by coordinating your nutrition to each phase of the LevelUP with Lee-Ann program. Planning your workouts and nutrition is key to get the results you want!

Is there any coaching that goes along with this?
Yes! You will have the highest level of access to me just shy of meeting me to train in person! You will use True Coach to access your workouts and will check. in with me on chat daily. You will use MM+ to log your macros daily and check in with me daily. You will have email, phone, text and chat access to me 24/7 throughout your program. We will meet weekly in person on Zoom or over the phone for our accountability calls.

I purchased LevelUP. How do I access the workouts?
Once I receive your payment, you will be emailed my Coaching Agreement, my Contract and your Client Intake Form. After receiving all forms via email, it will take me 5-7 business days to create your LevelUPprogram. I will need the form before I can create your customized strength and macro blueprint. Aloha, I’m Lee-Ann Watanabe, the founder of the LevelUP and I’ll be your hands-on coach !

I’m a personal trainer, Female Hormonal Fat Loss Coach, and founder of The 3M Method. Over my last 25 years in the fitness industry, I’ve coached hundreds of women to balance their lifestyle choices so that they can maximize their health and wellness results.

After doing extreme, obsessive dieting for two decades, my weight loss hit a wall. I turned 40 and my metabolism was shot from eating less and exercising more.
