#Fitin15 Video Series Week 3

All of your #Fitin15 workouts are body weight with no equipment required. Each video provides you a demonstration of each exercise in every workout. Each #Fitin15 workout is a 15 minute AMRAP. AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. For each workout, you will set your timer for 15 minutes.

SET YOUR TIMER FOR 15 MINUTES. PERFORM 5 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED), TAKE 10-SEC REST BETWEEN EXERCISES AND TAKE 30-SEC REST AFTER COMPLETING THE LAST EXERCISE. COMPLETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 15 MINUTES.
