HOW TO QUIT THE ALL-OR-NOTHING APPROACH + START EATING MODERATELY

Join the #Moderation365 food movement! Be an example of someone who eats sustainably every day of the year.

No diets, no cleanses, no detoxes, no jump starts, NO CHANGING ANYTHING just because it’s January 1st, it's Monday or it's Thanksgiving!

What You Can Expect:

I will be pushing YOU to do the work, on the ground daily making the moderate choices.

I’ll be encouraging you to choose (and trust!) a more moderate approach.

I want you to take the torch and show your friends and family a new way of doing things that is stress- and shame-free.

Meal being cooked
Woman cooking lunch
Quit obsessive counting & measuring

of macros or calories or protein grams or water ounces or points or minutes on cardio equipment.

Mother with son baking
Stop the mental preoccupation with eating & food

When will my next meal be? How much more time until I can eat? Am I getting enough protein? Is this too many carbs? What if I get hungry later? What will they be serving at this event? What if I don’t have “my food?” What if I eat too much? What if I can’t control myself?

Couple making dinner
End your fear of gaining weight & examine that fear

If I accept myself as I am or 10 lbs heavier, that means I am fat, weak, lazy and undisciplined. I am no good. I need to control my eating and exercising completely because if I don’t, the wheels will come off the cart and I will go hog-wild. I’m nobody without this identity, without this body and then how will I be worthy?
